Practice Sessions

Working on skills with other athletes on the same level provides the best opportunity for growth. If your athlete is significantly better than those around them, they get bored. If the other athletes are more experienced then the athlete runs the risk of feeling overwhelmed. We move athletes around as necessary to provide the optimal experience for all.
